Manufacturing Planner AssociateLockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Planner Associate to support production planning and material readiness for our Camden operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build foundational experience in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner closely with Quality, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Production teams to ensure materials and schedules align to meet program demands.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor production schedules and ensure work orders are released on time to support program needsCreate and maintain reports to track material status, shortages, and schedule performanceCoordinate daily material requirements with Purchasing and Expediting teamsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate system dataConfirm material supply and demand to support uninterrupted production flowCommunicate material availability risks and potential production impacts to program and operations teamsSupport stock transfers and inter-site material movements as neededAssist in resolving shortages, over-shipments, engineering changes, and traceability concernsMaintain and update MRP parameters (lead times, lot sizes, BOM changes) in coordination with Engineering and Change ControlAssist in preparing and processing DD250 documentation to support product shipments and customer acceptance, ensuring required data and approvals are complete and accurateWhat You'll GainHands-on experience with ERP/MRP systemsExposure to production planning and manufacturing operationsCross-functional collaboration across supply chain and productionA strong foundation for career growth within Planning & ControlBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent planning experience/combined educationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including ExcelEffective communication skills and ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds and functionsDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAbility to support business needs, including overtime and weekend work when requiredAbility to work full-time onsite in CamdenDesired SkillsExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar)Experience using Excel to analyze data and create reportsExposure to inventory control, material coordination, logistics, warehousing, or production planningExperience identifying and resolving discrepancies or process issuesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesExperience working directly with customers, suppliers, operations, or production teamsInterest in developing a career in Production Planning & ControlPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
