Requirements + Job Duites
- No painting experience required
- Minimum six (6) weeks of manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift 10 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Spray paint materials as they move along a continuous paint line
- Monitor painted parts for coverage and basic quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
