Manufacturing OperatorAs a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures. You will ensure that each component is accurately integrated, contributing to the overall integrity and performance of our medical and diagnostic products. Your responsibilities will include maintaining optimal production efficiency by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
You will perform rigorous quality control tests, inspecting raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods to uphold Roche's commitment to excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.
