Our team is driven by a shared commitment to excellence and long-term partnerships across every market we serve.This position is primarily responsible for handling the packaging of products, filling boxes with the appropriate packing material, checking that packages are securely fashioned, adjusting machines for efficient product flow, and reporting any issues to your supervisor.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for filling containers with appropriate materials according to production scheduleEnsure packages are secure and properly sealedAdjust machinery and/or pouring stations to achieve efficient flow of productionMaintain cleanliness/organization of workspace to ensure safe work environmentResponsible for labeling and prep of containers prior to filling process to ensure proper marking exists prior to filling of materialsMaintain inventory of raw materials needed to perform role to ensure efficiency of production scheduleResponsible for completion of manufacturing orders as assigned by production planning or supervisorOther duties as assignedSkills/QualificationsAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentGood time-management skillsAttention to detail a mustTeam player, well organized and excellent follow through skillStrong work ethic, self-motivated and detail orientedPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentFrequently required to standFrequently required to walkFrequently required to sitFrequently utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read informationOccasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
