Manufacturing OperatorLocation: Pompano Beach, FL 33069 Duration: 06 months Schedule: Third ShiftA Manufacturing Operator operates production machinery, executes filling, labeling, and packaging tasks in a cGMP-compliant medical device environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining aseptic conditions, completing batch documentation, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting equipment. Requires high school diploma, 1-4 years' experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Execution: Operate manufacturing machinery, including automated filling, labeling, and packing equipment.cGMP Compliance: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), environmental regulations, and safety policies (EHS).Documentation: Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and computer-based forms (e.g., SAP, SPIDER).Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and sampling for downstream testing.Equipment Care: Perform basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance on production equipment, escalating issues to technicians or supervisors.Collaboration: Participate in cross-training, shift crossovers, and support team goals.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: 1-4 years in medical device & diagnostics (MD&D), pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments.Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Lean principles.Physical Requirements: Ability to wear appropriate PPE, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/work for extended periods.Working Conditions: This role often involves working in clean room environments.
