Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join our Element mixing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, consistent, and safe mixing processes. The Operator will work largely independently in a designated area, performing routine calculations, measuring materials, and handling production chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform accurate chemical measurements and follow established mixing procedures.
* Safely move and position drums using a dolly.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
* Operate and monitor mixing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
* Complete routine calculations and document production data with accuracy.
* Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate any equipment or process concerns.
* Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and handling requirements.
Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail, especially with measurement accuracy.
* Solid math skills for routine calculations.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to safely maneuver drums using a dolly.
* Previous manufacturing or mixing experience is a plus but not required.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
