Manufacturing OperatorOnsite roleAbility to work overtime, weekends, and off shiftsShift structure: 24/7 schedule3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM/6:00 PM (shift structure may vary based on business needs)Shift starts at 5:45 AM/PM (gowned up and ready for the shift meeting)Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentMust have experience in GMP environmentsAbility to multitask, troubleshoot, and possess technical skillsWarehouse workers will not be considered (must be Manufacturing Operator)Operate manufacturing equipment based on established procedures and work rulesEnsure product quality and safetyAchieve production standards in quantity and qualityAdhere to cGMP and safety guidelinesPerform light cleaning to maintain a clean operating environmentWrite maintenance summaries and execute quality checksStocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal may be requiredMaintain a safe work environment and wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, etc.)Support manufacturing processes within assigned department/areaProactively contribute to team communication and ensure a respectful, inclusive work environmentDocument process steps on batch documentationAttain and maintain qualifications for assigned equipmentUnpack/pack and load/unload components/products on the lineDemonstrate attention to detail and basic math/computer skillsBe on time and available for scheduled shifts
