Specific job duties include but are not limited to:Clean and process dry etch tool components (stainless steel, quartz and ceramic parts)Cleaning various parts from semiconductor tools and production equipment using different solvents, cleaning agents.Removal of ferric etch material on certain parts via automated parts washer.Will use stationary cleaning equipment as well, along with documenting processes and cataloguing inventory.Load parts in carts for clean and dirty parts.Load and unload baskets in ovensRecord information in BPOs or Run Cards.Casting visual inspection to verify core removal.Operate/monitor ovensReact per SOP to alarm conditions.Record all work performed in computer systems.Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition.Verification of parts to paperwork.Comply with all applicable standard operating procedures.Candidate must be willing to:Work a shift compressed work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three 12.5-hour shifts in a row followed by a fourth day every other week.Lift up to 50 pounds 5 times/day, spend most of the time (more than 90% less break time) in a clean room environment working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours.Work in a clean room environment, wearing Gortex gowns, booties, safety glasses and gloves for the majority (less break time) of daily shifts.Walk 3-5 miles in a 12.5-hour shift and standing/sitting for 9 hoursPush transport carts with up to 20 lbs. of force multiple times per shift.
