TSG – The Sheridan Group is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to support production of high-impact communications and advocacy materials for policy, public affairs, and issue campaigns. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment; follow SOPs and work orders; and ensure accurate, high-quality output that meets demanding client timelines. You’ll collaborate closely with small, hands-on teams in a collaborative, high-performance culture, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure that complex projects are delivered on time, safely, and to exacting quality standards.
