Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operators in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will perform assembly, machine operating, and other general production duties. This position requires a mix of seated, standing, and moving work throughout the day. Operators will be cross-trained in all major job functions. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Perform assembly and machine operating tasks.
* Carry out general production duties.
* Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
* Follow detailed work instructions diligently.
Essential Skills
* Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
* Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
* Good attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Capability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours per day.
* Comfortable with repetitive motion work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* 6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Experience with mechanical assembly and packaging is a plus.

The 1st shift operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and the 2nd shift is smaller, running Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm, with a 10% differential. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
