Manufacturing OperatorAs a Manufacturing Operator you'll be part of the team that keeps our production lines running smoothly and safely. You'll be hands-on with equipment, materials, and products every day—setting up machines, monitoring production, fixing small issues when they come up, and making sure everything meets quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who likes staying active, working with machinery, and taking ownership of their work area.Role ResponsibilitiesRun and monitor manufacturing equipment on your assigned line or work centerSet up machines at the start of a run, make adjustments during production, and perform changeovers between productsClean equipment and work areas following GMP and safety guidelinesMeasure, weigh, inspect, and process materials to make sure products meet quality standardsKeep an eye on how the process is running and catch issues early before they affect quality or outputPerform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical fixes during productionReplace worn or non-functioning parts when needed and escalate larger issues to maintenance or technical teamsMake sure materials and supplies are stocked and ready so production keeps movingMove materials safely using approved material-handling equipmentAccurately complete batch records, equipment logs, cleaning logs, and system entries (SAP/ERP) throughout your shiftFollow written procedures (SOPs, GMPs, standard work) and ask questions anytime something isn't clearWear required PPE and follow all safety and environmental rulesReport safety concerns, process issues, or quality problems right awayTake part in required training and continue building skills so you can independently run multiple work centersWork closely with teammates, supervisors, and support teams to keep operations running smoothlyBasic Qualifications:A minimum of a HS Diploma or GED equivalent is required.A minimum of two years' experience in production, mechanical troubleshooting, or related field is required.Must have basic computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to create and follow detailed documentation.Must have ability to follow written instructions, standard operation procedures and verbal directions accurately.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a regulated environment (GMP, Pharmaceutical, food or similar) is a plus.Prior work experience in manufacturing performing equipment set-up and change-overs, or similar demonstrated experience in multi-system mechanical troubleshooting.Experience with a lean organization or other prior exposure to lean concepts, tools and techniques.Knowledge of PAS-X, SAP, ProFicient, and/or FT_Batch computer systems.Ability to lift 5-25 lbs.

frequently and occasionally lift drums, bags and cases weighing up to 50 lbs.This position requires the regular use of various PPE including but not limited to the following: bump cap, safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and N95 or PAPR. All required PPE will be provided.Team oriented and flexible, able to adapt to changing assignmentsHighly motivated and self-driven with a desire to continuously improve own skill set. Able to function productively with minimal supervision.Location: Onsite in Lincoln, Nebraska.

This is not a remote opportunity.Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm (1st Shift)
