Manufacturing Operator 2nd ShiftThe Manufacturing Operator 2nd Shift reports to the Manufacturing Line Lead and helps in performing all tasks involved in the production of Repligen's fluid management products including production tasks such as kitting of parts, cutting of tubing and polymer film, reading design drawings, performing basic and complex assembly techniques, executing detailed visual inspections, operating manual and automated machinery, and completing packaging and labeling activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the department's safety, quality, and production goals are met.2nd Shift (3pm - 11:30pm)ResponsibilitiesConduct basic assembly techniquesRead manufacturing drawings and follow standard operating procedures of varying complexityPerform detailed visual inspections on in-process and finished productsPackage and label finished productsWork with a team in a fast-paced ISO certified cleanroom environment for 8 hours a dayPerform daily housekeeping tasks as assignedCut tubing and polymer film to meet tolerances using both manual and automated tools.Safely operate cleanroom machinery by closely following the standard operating proceduresPerform inventory counts and report any inaccuracies in a timely mannerComplete documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Learn the Repligen Performance System and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
