This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels at driving operational performance, developing teams, and improving manufacturing processes.
Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday
Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production operations to ensure safety, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved.
- Coach and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support production planning, inventory control, and customer commitments.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Strong background in operations, team development, and process improvement.
