Responsibilities

  • Direct daily manufacturing workflows to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
  • Develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demand and resource availability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to ensure high engagement and accountability.
  • Enforce rigorous quality control standards and safety protocols to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to synchronize production goals with overall business strategy.
  • Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
  • Champion 5S principles to cultivate a clean, organized, and high-performance manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership or operations management.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and managing production teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Lean manufacturing methodologies and operational efficiency initiatives.
