Manufacturing Operations CoordinatorLocation: Rancho Santa Margarita, CADuration: 24 MonthsPay Rate: $220 - $25.00/Hour on W2Duties:The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.In this full-time role, you will support mechanical inspection processes on swing shift.Through on-the-job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated inspection operations, including performing visual inspections under a microscope and operating precision inspection equipment.Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position.Clients seek a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.The start time for this position is between 12noon and 1pm.May be required to work on day shift during training periods.Skills:Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use.Strong manual dexterity.High volume parts inspection and handling.Automated inspection equipment operation.Microscopic visual inspection.Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging.Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.Education:High School diploma or equivalent.Some college or technical coursework preferred.Ability to read and converse in English.Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
