Job DescriptionRole SummaryFanatics Collectibles is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to drive continuous end-to-end improvement across our entire global manufacturing, operations, and supply chain orgs. The Associate, given this team's end-to-end mandate, will be expected to both 1) own the evaluation / scoping of potential transformation initiatives as well as 2) to drive end-to-end execution and ultimately ensure value delivery (efficiency, cost, quality, etc.). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, experience driving end-to-end transformational change, and a clear team-first mindset.

Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.Within the First 6 Months, You Will:Take end-to-end ownership of a high-impact business initiative and, together with the Sr Director, Transformation & Product Ops, work cross-functionally to ensure project successWork with the Operations, Manufacturing, Strategy, and Supply Chain teams to identify, size, and actively prioritize all potential improvement initiatives / opportunities on the roadmapDiligence areas of inefficiency, establishment measurable goals / KPIs, and subsequently drive owned improvement programs to ensure value delivery and successWork cross-functionally with wide array of teams (e.g., product/brand, strategy, licensing, etc.) to deliver on higher-level cross-functional initiativesBuild meaningful professional and interpersonal relationships both within Fanatics Collectibles and with external partners/stakeholders to better inform overall business strategyHelp Fanatics Collectibles improve the quality, speed, cost efficiency of our manufacturing & operations processes, delivering a better consumer experience to all collectors!Become a subject matter expert in all things Trading Cards!The Ideal Candidate:Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX basedStrong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and remain flexible in high pressure dynamic situation2-4 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops / Strategy rolesBachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferredStrong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumenTeam-first management mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems collaboratively with their direct reports
