Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have an Associate's degree or higher (preferred) and 5+ years' experience in machined component manufacturing.Have at least 2 years' supervisory or management experience in a medium to large machine shop.Are motivated, ambitious, and collaborative—with sharp attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and use Microsoft Outlook and Excel confidently.Possess expertise in FANUC and MAZATROL controls, MasterCAM programming (preferred), and G-code troubleshooting.Are familiar with Lean manufacturing concepts.Show excellent organizational, conceptual, and time management skills, with proven ability for multi-tasking and problem-solving.Are physically able to use overhead cranes and perform required lifting.What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
