Mason is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead end-to-end production of our aerospace and defense-focused Android devices within the Manufacturing & Production team. You will own daily factory operations, turning demand forecasts into executable production plans while hitting aggressive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. In our fast-moving, data-driven culture, you’ll use lean tools and analytics to streamline processes, reduce defects, and increase throughput.
You’ll collaborate closely with Hardware, Supply Chain, and Quality to solve complex technical and operational challenges, drive root cause and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with rigorous aerospace-grade standards.
