You'll Be:Setting up and operating machinery to cut, shape, or finish metal parts using sketches, prints, or instruction manuals.Working with CNC or manual machines to produce precise components, often requiring loading or adjusting programs, changing tooling, and measuring parts to meet exact specifications and tolerances.Inspecting parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements and making real-time adjustments to achieve consistent quality and performance.Troubleshooting and correcting simple manufacturing problems in a timely manner.Cleaning and maintaining machines, changing tooling, and monitoring calibration records.Notifying supervisory staff when machinery needs maintenance or repairs.Maintaining a safe and professional workspace and adhering to all quality and safety guidelines.This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).Possess 2–4 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience as a machinist.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and precision.Are able to work independently, troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues, and make necessary adjustments to programs or machine setup.Are dedicated to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.What happens next?
