We're looking for experienced manufacturing machine operators who take pride in quality work, enjoy working with their hands, and want a stable career with opportunities to grow.If you've operated machines in a manufacturing environment, can read work instructions, and enjoy precision work, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Coil Winding Machine Operator, you'll:Set up and operate coil winding machines to manufacture electrical transformer coils.Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to produce coils to exact requirements.Load wire and materials into winding equipment and make machine adjustments as needed.Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent, high-quality production.Use hand and power tools to cut, strip, shape, and assemble components.Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and workmanship.Follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.Work as part of a team to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
