Pay: $21-$27 per hour (+$3 for 2nd shift)
Schedules:
4-Day Workweek = 3-Day Weekends Every Week
* Day Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
* 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (+ $3 differential)

* Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
* Support automation processes and continuous improvement initiatives
* Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
* Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
* Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure tight tolerances

What You Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3 or more years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
* Experience with lathes and automated equipment is Highly Preferred !
* Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
* Ability to stand for 10hr shifts and lift up to 50lbs consistently

Pay Details: $21.00 to $30.00 per hour
