We're hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.Machines in Operation:Demolder Operator - responsible for removing finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality through collaboration with Peelers and Mixers. This role involves operating equipment safely, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate production.Peeler Operator - responsible for operating and maintaining peeling equipment to process customer orders to lengths and thickness. Ensure efficiency, adherence to safely and standards of fast paced manufacturing.Line Operator: transform raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines and ensuring precision throughout the production process.
