We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable staying active, working with their hands, and learning a manufacturing process.Available Shifts1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Monday - Friday | 8-Hour ShiftsPay: $17.75 - $18.25 /hour based on shift and attendanceWhat You'll DoOperate manufacturing equipmentLoad and unload materials and finished productsRemove completed products from equipmentInspect finished work for quality and defectsTrim, finish or prepare products as requiredPackage completed productsMonitor equipment and report production or quality concernsFollow established work instructions and safety proceduresKeep your workstation clean and organizedWork with team members to keep production movingWhat We're Looking ForDependable attendance and punctualityWillingness to learn manufacturing equipment and processesGood hand-eye coordinationStrong attention to product qualityComfortable performing hands-on, physical workAbility to stand and stay active throughout an 8-hour shiftAbility to frequently handle materials up to 30 lbs.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as neededAbility to work safely in a busy manufacturing environmentNo high school diploma or GED required.
