Manufacturing Lead OperatorWolfe is a Pittsburgh-based FinTech company building the next generation of financial products, and we are actively embedding AI across our product, our internal processes, and the way our teams work day-to-day. As the Manufacturing Lead Operator in our card production plant, you will lead a shift team of 4 to 8 operators while running a machine or process yourself, keeping the line moving so daily SLA and quality goals are met. You'll work with increasingly data-driven and AI-supported tools for reporting and workflow management, helping bring that same modernization onto the production floor.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in a clean, well-run shift and in developing the operators around them. This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.
