Location: Joplin, MO
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with Saturday mornings as needed
Position Overview
PeopleLink is currently seeking a Manufacturing Laborer for a client company in Joplin, MO. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a demanding manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and manufacturing duties.
• Assist with warehouse and production operations.
• Operate a forklift and/ or skid steer as needed.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Work effectively in a dusty industrial environment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Ability to work infreezing temperatures and extreme heat.
• Ability to work in a dusty manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience
• Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Skid steer experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.
