Manufacturing Laboratory Technician - Day & Night

Kelly is hiring for a Manufacturing Laboratory Technicians for a 12-month contract role at Florence, KY 41042 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Manufacturing Laboratory Technician
Primary Location: Florence, KY 41042
12-month contract – On-site role
Rotating Day shift: 5am-3pm, 7am-5pm, or 9am-7pm -$20/hr.
Rotating Night shift: 5pm-3am, 7pm-5am, or 9pm-7am. -$20.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on completion of laboratory analysis of incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and final batch samples in support of a manufacturing and technology and innovation (R&D Environment).
  
• Operation of injection molding equipment to prepare test specimens.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  
• This position is responsible for reading and complying with the Company’s Environmental and Quality Policies.
  
• This position is also responsible for reporting to management deviations from the policy when they are observed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  
• Overtime based on lab need
  
• Candidates must be able to lift 55 pounds.
  
• Dependable transportation, excellent attendance and timeliness are required
  
• Accurate thorough documentation and lab records are imperative
  
• Ability to multitask (manage multiple simultaneous samples in organized high-quality environment) is required.
  
• Some lab experience. Ability to follow lab work instructions.
  
• Strong commitment to safety and working safely.
