Onsite Full Time Plant
  • Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales leadership to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP.
  • Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and product costing.
  • Analyze manufacturing performance, including labor efficiency, material usage, overhead absorption, scrap, and production variances.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Lead inventory management and financial controls related to inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • Evaluate capital expenditures, business cases, and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for manufacturing initiatives.
  • Support pricing strategies and margin improvement through financial modeling and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements, including SOX (if applicable).
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
  • Partner with external auditors and support annual financial audits.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing finance leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing finance teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365,
