Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Business AnalystLocation: Chandler, AZ Position: ContractManufacturing IT is looking to hire an MES Business Analyst for delivering and supporting our 200mm Semiconductor Manufacturing IT MES solutions. This includes system support, defining and documenting manufacturing requirements, and managing enhancements to increase the value of our software solutions.The ideal candidate will be able to support software related projects and drive ongoing systems standardization for IT solutions across, as well as assist in the formulation of policies, procedures, and standards relating to our software solutions.These projects would enable the organization to achieve its goals which could include, but not limited to, APF/RTD and MES integration, process automation, lot dispatching and scheduling, user interfaces, and maintenance management.Play a pivotal role in providing on-going support for MES applications, coordinating enhancements and upgrades, and driving ongoing standardization across NXP.Join a team of software developers and sustainers that ensure customer requests are complete and functional, meeting all stated requirements.Participate in key user groups, develop and implement standards, and provide appropriate upward and downward communication.Provide remote consultation / support for multiple facilities across NXP.Develop, review and approve technical / functional specifications.Develop and conduct internal / external training as required.Be engaged with and support our Tier 1 sustaining support model by documenting standard work for IT related issues / health checks.
