Manufacturing Execution System Technician

Manufacturing Mes TechnicianOnsemi is seeking a Manufacturing MES Technician, at our Nampa, Idaho site. You will be called upon for Camstar, SPACE, APC, and RMS expertise to support CFA and Probe operations. You will be responsible, with the other 1st Shift MES team members, for managing MES requests for the Onsemi Manufacturing team at the Nampa facility.

You will own and be responsible for maintaining operating procedures for the MES systems. As part of the MES team, you will be responsible for working on and deploying roadmap program projects to add additional functionality and efficiency at the Nampa site. Additionally, you will assist all manufacturing teams in Nampa with troubleshooting errors and special requests.In this position, you will also interface with MOS and the Image Sensing Group (ISG): Yields, RnD, Test, Probe, and NPI teams to set up new part types and assist engineering on projects and other requests.This position will work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am- 5 pm ResponsibilitiesModeling and providing high quality solutions in MES Systems: Camstar, SPACE, APC, and RMSNew part type creation with new workflows and alternate pathsLimit updates in Camstar and SPACELine holds and releasesContribute to deploying roadmap projects for added functionality and efficiencyCommunicate with the Nampa manufacturing team as well as the ISG teamSupporting the site during urgent situations that affect Product and MES solutions can provide assistanceQualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience working in manufacturing FABExcellent computer skills (Windows OS, Excel, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint)Understanding of MES systems: Camstar, SPACE, APC, RMS or related applicationsUnderstanding of statistical process control (SPC)Excellent data summary and analytical skillsStrong approach for troubleshootingStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsInnovative and self-motivated attitudeWorks well both independently and with teamsAbility to prioritize many competing tasksAbility to follow written or verbal work instructionsAbility to perform duties in a clean room environmentCapable of providing excellent customer serviceWilling to serve in many different capacities/rolesFamiliarity with PAC beneficialWillingness to work overtime as neededAbout UsOnsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
