Badger Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Cost Accountant for an exciting opportunity with a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer in Milwaukee, WI .

Youll play an important role in the companys financial operations while partnering with Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to help drive smarter business decisions.

Hybrid Work Schedule : work from home 2 days per week and in the office 3 days

✔ Manage standard costing, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory valuation
Analyze product costs, margins, and manufacturing variances to identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations, journal entries, and cost accounting reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve costing accuracy and financial visibility

✅ Minimum of 2+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, COGS, and variance analysis
Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems
