Location: El Paso, TX 79912 (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20/hour (W2 – No Benefits)

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | First shift initially, transitioning to second shift in January 2027

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with manufacturing or engineering experience who enjoys identifying problems, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Support manufacturing engineering activities to improve production safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, process flows, and production layouts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Analyze production processes and equipment performance to improve efficiency and utilization.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Support capacity planning, line balancing, tooling implementation, and new manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production support, or an engineering technician role preferred.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP, MES, or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus.
