Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
*This is a fully onsite role with relocation assistance provided for those outside of the immediate area*
Must Haves:
- Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering Degree
- 2+ years holding a Manufacturing Engineering Management role
- Aerospace background preferred but not a must have
- Candidates from a second tier aerospace provider would be considered
- Composite experience, specifically carbon fiber
- Process improvement experience
Day to Day:
- Manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers of 13+ people
- Holding team accountable on a day to day basis
- High level of execution
- Develop processes around manufacturing readiness reviews and engineering change orders
