Edelbrock Group is looking for a talented, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Olive Branch, Mississippi. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving manufacturing processes, eliminating waste, and making a measurable impact on plant operations.
Develop solutions to improve productivity, safety, quality, and cost. Optimize manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, and facility layouts. Partner with plant leadership to implement operational improvements. Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, including value stream mapping and process optimization. 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent Lean manufacturing experience.
CNC machining, AutoCAD, or distribution center experience is a plus
