Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer will support new product development, manufacturing process improvements, technical troubleshooting, and quality system effectiveness. This role involves leading engineering projects, developing qualification protocols, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities: Support the development and improvement of products, manufacturing processes, and next-generation programs. Analyze technical problems, perform troubleshooting, and recommend effective engineering solutions. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings. Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) effectiveness and ensure compliance with established procedures. Lead engineering projects, establish objectives, monitor progress, and update work instructions. Develop and execute process, equipment, and non-product software qualification activities. Author change orders, installation qualification protocols, and supporting technical documentation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address technical challenges and meet project goals. Mentor and guide team members while sharing technical expertise and best practices. Plan and prioritize activities to meet project timelines, minimize delays, and optimize resource utilization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience with QMS management, change orders, technical writing, and installation qualifications.
Experience developing installation protocols and qualification documentation.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred but not required.
Anticipated hourly pay range: $35-$45/hr on W2
