The role you will play:
Be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team being involved in the growth of the company and product line improvement.
Develop, standardize and optimized manufacturing processes for current and new products.
Identify production issues, develop process improvement plans and implement those plans for greater efficiencies, elimination of waste and optimization of manpower.
Perform root cause analysis, develop process plans, assist in designing and development of tooling requirements, assist in production times, and validate new production processes.
Background requirements:
BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering discipline preferred.
3 or more years of engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
GD&T, DFMEA, and PFMEA experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with other disciplines and departments.
