Momentum on the Floor

Your day kicks off where the action is-on the floor-checking how the line is really performing and syncing quickly with the team on what needs attention first. As the day heats up, you bounce between a workstation review, a quick document update, and a focused check-in to make sure a change is landing smoothly. You translate real-time feedback into crisp engineering updates, keep action items moving, and close out by setting up the next shift for a strong start.
