This role focuses on troubleshooting, minimizing downtime, and improving equipment efficiency and product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipmentSupport production lines by resolving equipment and process issues in real timePerform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment reliabilityMaintain documentation of work performed and equipment statusCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce downtimeServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned systemsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma with technical training or equivalent experienceExperience in equipment troubleshooting and manufacturing supportStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, etc.)Knowledge of PLC systems, CAD tools, or CMMS (SAP/Maximo)Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologiesWe are looking for candidates who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.
