Schedule:

5am-3pm Monday-Thursday

6am-12pm Friday

Flexibility with start time if needed!


Responsibilities:

• Program, optimize, and troubleshoot 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers using Fanuc controls.

• Develop machining processes for complex castings, including tooling, fixturing, and workholding solutions.

• Design, evaluate, and improve cutting tools, fixtures, and manufacturing methods.

• Review engineering drawings, GD&T, and models to ensure manufacturability and quality.

• Support production by resolving machining issues and improving cycle times, quality, and efficiency.

• Maintain CNC programs, setup documentation, and manufacturing process records.


Qualifications:

• Strong experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC machines.

• Hands-on experience with 4-axis and (5-axis machining preferred)

• Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD/CAM software.

• Experience machining castings and developing machining processes.

• Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, GD&T, feeds/speeds, and CNC troubleshooting.

• Ability to optimize processes for productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

• Manufacturing Engineering, Machining Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
