Manufacturing Engineer Staff | Lockheed MartinThis is a Manufacturing Engineer Staff position on the Production Engineering (PE) F-35 Strategic Corrective Action (SCA) team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role you will lead investigations of manufacturing discrepancies across multiple build sections, applying Lean Six Sigma tools to uncover root causes, close process gaps, and develop corrective action plans. You will work closely with Quality Engineering and Production Operations, coordinate cross functional teams, promote creative problem solving, and drive product improvement initiatives.
Throughout each corrective action effort you will project manage the work from initiation through verification and closure, while tracking key metrics to reduce variation and elevate overall product quality.What's in it for you: 3 day weekends every weekend!
