Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3)You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) for the PAC-3 Munitions Acceleration team. Our team is responsible for the successful execution of a large ramp-to-rate effort with a heavy focus on supporting proposals, collaborating on make-where decisions, and driving tooling from identifying the need to delivery and prove-out.What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for supporting proposals and coordinating the identification, design, procurement, delivery, and prove-out of PAC-3 tooling. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Generate proposal artifacts including make or buy plans, MESOWs, BOEsGenerate Tangible Item Lists (TILs) and labor estimates to enable make-where and make-split decisionsPlan budgets and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) activities, and coordinate make-site effortsWrite Tooling Action Requests (TARs), develop tooling Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage priorities for design, fabrication, and prove-outConsolidate complex tooling status data into actionable insight for leadership and USG customersDrive cross-site and supplier collaboration to ensure timely delivery and successful verification of toolingWhy Join Us The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
