Job Description
Established industrial manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands‑on CAM programming experience to improve production processes and support new manufacturing equipment.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of work from 3D models through CNC programming and prove‑out , collaborate directly with machinists, and turn shop‑floor knowledge into clear, repeatable manufacturing methods.
Souderton, PA | Full‑time | Onsite | $90,000–$115,000 DOE

What You’ll Do
Create and maintain CAM programs, supporting CNC setup, prove‑out, and production.
Develop practical work instructions, setup sheets, and standard manufacturing procedures.
Troubleshoot production issues alongside machinists, operators, and quality personnel.
Improve tooling, fixturing, part quality, and process efficiency.
Help introduce new CNC equipment and support machining and molding operations.
What You’ll Bring
Established manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment; five or more years preferred .
Experience personally creating CAM programs from 3D models and supporting their implementation on CNC equipment.
A track record of developing manufacturing processes and work instructions.
Strong machining, tooling, and fixturing fundamentals, plus working knowledge of GD&T.
An approachable, hands‑on style and the ability to learn from operators and improve processes where documentation is incomplete.
Availability to work onsite in Telford.
Preferred Background
A degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering; substantial relevant experience may substitute.
SolidWorks CAM, Fusion, or comparable CAM software experience.
Experience with new CNC equipment implementation, plastics, composites, or molded components.
