Manufacturing and Process Engineeringo Support the planning, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and product requirements.o Apply manufacturing engineering principles and practices to improve equipment, processes, and work methods.o Participate in the implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.o Contribute to the development and standardization of work methods, procedures, and manufacturing standards.o Analyze processes, equipment, and performance using digital tools and engineering methodologies to support data-driven decision- making.o Participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives to reduce costs and improve process quality and efficiency.2. Projects and Implementationo Participate in projects involving the implementation or modification of manufacturing processes and equipment.o Support project planning, execution, and follow-up, including activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.o Track project progress and communicate status updates to management in a timely manner.o Identify risks, issues, and deviations during implementation and collaborate with relevant teams to develop solutions.o Participate in the selection of manufacturing equipment that meets specifications.3. Quality, Documentation, and Standardizationo Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation, procedures, and work instructions in the appropriate sequence to ensure process standardization and continuity.o Participate in the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including FMEAs, Control Plans, and process documentation.o Apply quality tools and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to monitor and improve process performance.o Ensure implemented changes comply with product specifications and applicable manufacturing standards.o Maintain accurate project and process documentation and share lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement.4. Equipment, Tooling, and Workstation Designo Interpret and integrate product design drawings and manufacturing equipment engineering drawings to support the development of optimized processes.o Participate in the design and selection of fixtures and tooling required to properly secure parts and products during the manufacturing process.o Apply ergonomic design guidelines to reduce risks and develop safe and ergonomic workspaces.o Contribute to the development of efficient processes and workstations that support productivity and operator well-being.5. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvemento Identify opportunities to improve processes and equipment through continuous improvement and waste reduction methodologies.o Solve problems using systematic analysis methodologies and quality tools to identify assignable causes and root causes.o Implement robust, data-driven solutions to prevent recurrence of issues and protect the customer.o Contribute to the identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.6.
