This role develops, tests, and implements new manufacturing processes that improve quality, reduce waste, and support our mission of delivering best-in-class lighting solutions.You'll bridge the gap between Engineering and Production—using our ERP and BOM configurator tools to launch new products, streamline workflows, and bring ideas from concept to production. Day to day, you'll support manufacturing operations through process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and hands-on training with production teams.Collaboration is key.

You'll partner closely with Production and Planning, Product Management, Engineering, and IT to ensure products move smoothly from design to build. Success in this role requires broad knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for building processes that scale with our growth.
