Implement SPC methodologies. Lead root cause investigations. Drive Lean Six Sigma projects. Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives. Requirements: BS in Engineering. Experience with Minitab, SPC, and DOE. Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred. Strong analytical skills.
