Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing control systems and production processes.
- Utilize Pivotware to support manufacturing process control, error-proofing, and quality assurance activities.
- Work with Detect-It to support inspection, defect detection, and manufacturing quality requirements.
- Use Proplanner for manufacturing process planning, work instructions, process documentation, and production optimization.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and production teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the integration and validation of manufacturing systems and production line processes.
- Analyze production data, identify process gaps, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, quality requirements, and engineering procedures.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process specifications, and work instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working as a Controls Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or in a related engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with Pivotware, Detect-It, and Proplanner is required.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production controls, and quality systems.
- Experience with process planning, work instructions, error-proofing, and defect prevention.
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting automotive or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing automation, production line controls, and quality inspection processes.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams.
