Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, quality control, and project management.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systemsDevelop and implement quality control measures to ensure product qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issuesDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagramsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductionManage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budgetTrain and mentor production staff on new processes and equipmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systemsExperience with quality control and process improvement methodologiesExcellent project management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CAD softwareKnowledge and proficiency in CNC programmingWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
