About the Position
We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a highly organized Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive our aerospace manufacturing processes forward. Key Responsibilities
* Partner directly with our estimating team to validate and refine manufacturing methods for new drawings, ensuring our quotes are built on solid, practical engineering foundations.

* Provide dedicated technical support to four program managers across multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change programs, acting as the subject matter expert for manufacturing capabilities.
* Lead customer-facing technical discussions, confidently presenting project milestones, timelines, and engineering solutions to our aerospace clients.
* Act as a senior technical mentor, bringing a positive and organized influence to our cross-functional teams and younger program managers.

* Proficiency in navigating SolidWorks models and drawings to effectively review and communicate design and manufacturing requirements.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the proven ability to juggle multiple priorities across estimating, MRB, and NPI while clearly presenting technical information to both internal teams and external customers.
* Experience with aerospace audits, Nadcap, or AS9100 standards is highly desirable.
Join a team where your technical skills and leadership directly impact our success and the satisfaction of our aerospace customers. We offer a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and the flexibility you need to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
