Job Description
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
Support new product introduction and process validation activities
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation
Support tooling, fixture, and equipment improvements
Analyze production data to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput
Collaborate with quality, operations, and engineering teams

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Experience in aerospace, machining, metal fabrication, or precision manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience reading engineering drawings and GD&T
Preferred
AS9100 experience
CNC machining background
CAD/CAM experience
Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma training
