In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee advanced machining workflows to ensure the highest standards of product quality. As a key Manufacturing Engineer on our client's team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations from initial concept through final delivery.
Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a CNC / machine shop environment. Technical Expertise: Minimum of 2 years in an engineering or technical role within manufacturing, featuring proven skills in CNC programming, work holding, and tool selection. Software/Tools: Proficiency with 3D CAD platforms and experience utilizing ERP software. Industry Standards: Practical experience working with quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and standard QC inspection protocols. Additional Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with measurement tools, hand tools, and power tools; knowledge of molding/casting, grinding, and finishing processes is highly desirable.
