Manufacturing Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work order(s)
- Assist in designing and refining manufacturing workflows, set-up methods, and factory layouts to reduce waste and cycle time.
- Provide hands-on technical support to production teams when equipment or process issues arise.
- Wire and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Help investigate product defects or equipment failures using structured problem-solving tools
- Partner with quality, procurement, and management to ensure products are manufactured meeting all quality and customer standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, CAD software, and reading engineering drawings or GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and takes ownership of task and follows through on commitments
- Willingness to learn/continuously develop skills and seek growth opportunities
